Jordan Hugill set to join on loan, Yannick Bolasie talks continue

Jordan Hugill is set to join Boro on loan, whilst talks continue with Yannick Bolasie.

Boro are in talks with West Ham United over brining in striker Jordan Hugill on loan to The Riverside, according to Sky sources.

The 26-year-old joined West Ham United in the January transfer window for £9.5 million, however has only made three appearances.

The former Preston North End player was born in Middlesbrough, and is set to return to his hometown on a season long loan.

Meanwhile, Boro remain in discussions with Everton winger Yannick Bolasie as they hope to persuade him to move to the Championship.

The 29-year-old has been told he's surplus to requirements at Everton having signed for £25 million in August 2016.

Boro are discussing the option of a permanent transfer, as well as a loan with a view to making the deal permanent.
